The REALity of it all

what is my destiny?
what is your destiny?
have you ever wondered and thought about how we all want to know what the future
holds for us?
and have you noticed that while we are so preoccupied with what the crystal ball will tell us
we neglect to focus on the whole here and now
we loose track of the things that are happening NOW
my REALity is that i already know what is going on in my present and i am not pleased
what i know is real
is the fact that i am
sad

im really in a dark place
that place?
the one where you are forced to recount all the decisions that were ever made and justify whether they were good ones or learning experiences
the one where you acknowledge that you messed up big time
the one where you realise just how old you are and try to link it with your accomplishments
do you know that place?
im sure you do
so unlike me im guessing that you are not at the place
